New York Tech proudly recognizes its Peer Success Guides (PSGs) for the 2024-2025 academic year, including Logan Dasilva. The program pairs first-year undergraduate students with a sophomore, junior, or senior student, who provides them with both social and academic support during their first year, helping to direct them to the many services and resources available at New York Tech.

Having walked in the shoes of a first-year student, PSGs can relate to the transition and challenges that these students may face. As such, they help to share valuable insight about the exciting successes they achieved and the tough lessons they learned along the way.
